"Finding Significance: The Heart of Your Business and Your Message"

As we head into the third decade of the 21 st Century, facing a still raging pandemic, a weakened economy and nasty political divisions, the need for significant leaders has never been more acute. Now, more than ever, the world needs hope and a focus going forward. The need for YOUR message has never been more acute.

We are all trying to build, re-build or maintain our business in what is, without a doubt a new reality. Things are not ever going to go back to exactly the way they were for us. So many ask, “Is now, finally, the time to sell?” Yes! Let’s just do it the right way. The Colonel always said, “There’s no need to be nervous if your heart is in service.” This session focuses on the key concepts and skills required to keep your heart and mind focused on service, while still making money and building strong in the process.

About Lauren:

As the daughter of a career Air Force officer, Lauren Schieffer, CSP gained a profound independence and ability to adapt to changing circumstances with grace and humor. She helps build significant leaders by sharing lessons learned from “The Colonel” as well as 20 years in business with corporations, associations, and non-profits across the globe, challenging
them to transcend success and strive for significance.

With seven years in NSA, Lauren Schieffer, CSP is a past president of her chapter. She is a recipient of her Chapter Member of the Year and her Chapter Cavett Award. At a national level, Lauren is currently, or has been a member of the Chapter Leadership Committee, the CSP Review Board, the NSA Ambassadors Committee and the Influence Buddy Program.

Her enthusiasm is infectious and her passion unmistakable.
