What is the most effective way to motivate business leaders to strengthen their business success skills? As the Chief “Edutainment” Officer of The Accidental Accountant™, Peter Margaritis uses laughter, excitement, and inspiration to help audience members strive to reach higher levels in their business achievements. One of the greatest benefits to Peter’s presentation is his humor and fun style, which stems from his experience performing stand-up and improvisational comedy.

Peter connects with each person in the room, and teaches them how to strengthen their interpersonal skills by using specific principles of improvisation, communication, and leadership. He helps people to see that they can build effective leaders and teams by utilizing tools that can be applied immediately.

Instead of following the “same old” routines in the workplace, Peter helps to break up the monotony by teaching audience members the techniques that are needed to excel in their careers. Each person can learn how to be stronger leaders and effective teammates, as they apply the principles of truly understanding the needs of their team so that they can inspire and motivate every person they interact with.

Peter has authored a book titled, Improv Is No Joke: Using Improvisation to Create Positive Results in Leadership and in Life, where he discusses how the principles of improvisation, along with the two most powerful words in the English language — Yes, And — will create a positive dialog to grow your business and career.

Today’s audiences don’t want a lecture. They no longer want to just listen to “the sage on the stage,” someone who will just “show up and throw up,” or will bore while they snore. No, today’s audiences want to be engaged and to participate in the learning experience. Most importantly, they want the presentation to be all about them.Seems as though most other speakers start off their bios by talking about themselves. Here is one who is unique . . . Ted’s sessions are different, starting from his interactive keynote address, “Networking Skills: Getting to Know You.” If attendees get to meet each other right from the beginning of your conference, it can set the tone for a more effective and enjoyable experience throughout the entire event. Rather than them leaving the keynote session somber like they just attended a funeral, wouldn’t you rather have your attendees head to the breakout sessions charged up, and already talking and laughing with each other? If your attendees are astute professionals who have been to many conferences and have “heard it all before,” surprise them with a fresh, new, relevant, interactive breakout presentation like, How the Top 7 Consumer Trends will Impact Your Business.Janusz has facilitated over 500 all-day seminars (over 3,000 hours from the platform) in 49 of the 50 United States (lone exception: Wyoming), from Halifax to Vancouver, and in Puerto Rico. He is also a runner who has covered over 35,000 miles (that’s nearly 1.5 times around the earth). As a result, Janusz has the energy, enthusiasm, expertise and experience to ignite your audience and handle any environment.
